PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs brought this action in the Ingham County Circuit Court seeking a declaratory judgment as to the scope and vahidity of MCL 450.321; MSA 21.213(1). The circuit court determined that the statutory provision in question denied plaintiffs equal protection of the law. From this determination defendant appeals as of right. Plaintiffs cross-appeal, claiming one portion of the order should be deleted.
