The issue in this case is whether the claimant, Stephen J. Gehouskey, left his position as a personnel manager at the All-State Investigation and Security Agency with cause of a compelling and necessitous nature, so as not to render him ineligible to receive unemployment compensation benefits under Section 402 (b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act)....
