In this adversary proceeding1 tried to the Court, the Chapter 72 trustee3 seeks a turnover4 of money from defendant, D.D. Joseph Trading Company, Inc. ("D.D. Joseph"), allegedly due from the latter to the estate of the debtor, K.L.K. Furs, Inc. ("debtor").5
