In December, 1975, plaintiff commenced a paternity action through the Oakland County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Thereafter, in August, 1976, the firm of Bushnell, Gage, Reizen & Byington entered its appearance on behalf of plaintiff and assumed the full burden of representation.
