Appellant, Shelva Jean Brown Gay, brought a personal injury action against the City of Rome to recover damages for the injuries which she allegedly suffered as a result of a traffic accident involving a City of Rome transit bus and appellant. The jury returned a verdict in appellee's favor and the instant appeal is from the judgment entered thereon. We find no error and affirm.
