Mr. JUSTICE HEIPLE delivered the opinion of the court:

Phillip G. Rodgers was found guilty after a bench trial of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of cannabis. Rodgers was placed on probation for 2 1/2 years and fined $500.
