Following a nonjury trial in this trespass action, the lower court entered a verdict for appellant in the amount of $25,000 against appellee Arnold Farrior only. Appellant subsequently filed exceptions challenging the lower court's finding in favor of the remaining appellees. Following the denial of his exceptions, appellant took this appeal.
