The appeal is from an order denying a petition to modify a previous divorce decree.

The parties to this appeal were divorced on September 5, 1979 and the decree of divorce awarded the custody of the two minor children to the mother. The decree also required the father to pay $300.00 per month as basic child support, to procure hospital insurance for the children, to purchase and maintain in force...
