In August, 1975, plaintiff, a member of defendant Dearborn Indoor Racquet Club, filed the instant class action suit in Wayne County Circuit Court on behalf of himself and all males similarly situated. Defendants are the Dearborn Indoor Racquet Club, five other tennis clubs in the Wayne County area, the Michigan Indoor Tennis Association and Edward C. Roney, Jr., its president.
