Plaintiff, Greenleaf Plantation, Inc. (Greenleaf), appeals the trial court's denial of its suit for specific performance of an option to purchase property from defendants, John Kieffer2 and Arnold R. Kilpatrick. The crucial issue on appeal involves whether the option was validly exercised by Greenleaf. We hold that it was and we reverse on that basis.
