Defendant was indicated and convicted of the offense of bribery. A motion for new trial was filed and denied. Defendant appeals. Held:

1. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's motion for a continuance based on an article which was published in an Atlanta newspaper on the eve of the trial. There was evidence of a single factual newspaper article. Jurors need not be totally ignorant of the facts...
