PER CURIAM.

On appeal is the denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained from a small airplane. Appellant plead nolo contendere to the charge of importation of cannabis in excess of 100 pounds, reserving the right to appeal the denial of the motion to suppress. We affirm.
