The employee, Lucille Marquis, appeals from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court (Kennebec County), affirming the decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission which "sustained"1 the employer's petition for review of incapacity, found that the employee's incapacity had ended, and terminated her compensation payments. We vacate the judgment and remand the case to the Commission...
