This is an appeal by an insurer from a judgment against it for $29,400 in favor of its insureds in connection with a fire loss; and a cross-appeal by the insureds solely to preserve their right to proceed against their insurance broker and their premium finance company, the other two original defendants, for alleged negligence in failing to effect reinstatement of their cancelled insurance coverage after their indebtedness...
