Automobile Accident — Tort. The evidence authorized the jury to find that the appellee was driving her rented auto in the far left lane of three lanes going north on I-85 at the I-20 interchange in Atlanta. Though the evidence was disputed by the appellant Horton, it shows that appellee Riedel was six to ten car lengths in front of Horton and to his left. Horton was also proceeding north on I-85 but in the center lane. Riedel testified that...
