OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court's judgment granting forfeiture of a Dodge Trans-Van to the State of Arizona. The issue here is whether the appellant had a right to establish that it, and not the owner of record, was the real owner of the van. We view the facts in the light most favorable to upholding the judgment.
