In a bench trial in the circuit court of Sangamon County, defendants, Donald W. Duda, Daniel James Norris, Timothy Kiser, Paul Evan Haynes and Peter K. Callahan, were convicted of the offense of criminal trespass to State-supported land (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 21-5) and sentenced to the Sangamon County jail for two days.
