O'CONNOR, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of one count of assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1203(A)(2) and 13-1204(A)(2) and (B), following a trial by jury. She was sentenced to serve five years in the Arizona State Prison. She timely filed her notice of appeal and raises five issues for our consideration: 1) whether she was entitled to instructions on the offenses of threatening or intimidating...
