The Wendward Corporation and Wendward Realty Corporation (Wendward) appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court on the report of a referee. The only issues presented by the parties relate to the amount and nature of damages awarded to Wendward. At oral argument we raised a question concerning the timeliness of Wendward's objections to the referee's report.1 We find the record does not establish a procedural default...
