This matter began with Farm Bureau Mutual Casualty Company (Farm Bureau) filing a declaratory judgment action to determine its right to possession of an automobile held by defendant Lyle. Lyle answered and filed counterclaims on account and fraud. Farm Bureau amended by adding a second claim for conversion. The court sitting without a jury denied Farm Bureau any relief and found for Lyle on its claim...
