This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

Defendant-appellant, Charles Walker, was indicted for the offense of robbery to which he pleaded not guilty. At trial the victim of the offense identified appellant as the man who had robbed her.
