Appellant, James Howard Blevins, was convicted by a jury of possession of a stolen motor vehicle in violation of A.R.S. § 13-672.01.1 Two prior felony convictions were also proven and appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than 5 nor more than 8 years.
