Respondent has been temporarily suspended from the practice of law since October 17, 1977 as a result of his 1975 federal court conviction on charges arising from the arson bombing of an East Orange health spa. The Disciplinary Review Board (DRB) recently filed a report with the Court recommending a four-year suspension retroactive to October 17, 1977 as a result of the conviction.
