Defendants appeal from a September 30, 1980, circuit court order granting plaintiffs summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.3, and permanently enjoining defendants from terminating plaintiffs' day care benefits.

Plaintiffs are enrolled in the Independent Education and Training Program (I E & T) administered by defendant department and are therefore eligible for Title XX day care benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1397....
