Appellant was convicted after jury trial of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) with the use of a firearm (Pen. Code, § 12022.5). The trial court sentenced appellant to concurrent five-year upper base terms on both counts and imposed the two-year gun use enhancement on count one.
