Appellees, Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona (MICA) and Arizona Joint Underwriting Plan (AJUP), instituted an action against Glacier General Assurance Company (Glacier) seeking contribution to a judgment in a wrongful death action which had been paid by appellees. The case was tried to the court on a stipulated set of facts and the court took judicial notice of the two underlying files pertaining to the wrongful death action...
