Defendant Washtenaw County Board of Road Commissioners (hereinafter "Road Commission") appeals as of right from a special jury verdict finding it 7.5% negligent and severally liable for damages suffered by plaintiff Doreen Edwards Dwyer and jointly and severally liable for injuries to Gregory Paton and injuries resulting in the death of Christopher Edwards.
