CARRICO, Chief Justice.

Convicted by a jury of second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of murder, the defendant, David Stover, Jr., was sentenced to a total of eight years' imprisonment. On appeal, the sole question for decision is whether the convictions are supported by sufficient evidence.
