Petitioner Republic Indemnity Company of America (Republic) seeks review of a decision by respondent Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (Board) ruling that Republic's petition for contribution pursuant to Labor Code1 section 5500.5, subdivision (e) was barred by the statute of limitations.
