Workmen's compensation under Louisiana statutes was sought in the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Jones County. Benefits pursuant to the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation statutes were decreed, that is $85 weekly benefits less $63 weekly benefits previously paid under the Mississippi Act.
