The plaintiff, Pearl Durant, appeals from the Dunbarton Planning Board's denial of her subdivision plan. The Superior Court (Cann, J.) affirmed the denial. We find no error.

In April 1977, the plaintiff requested that the defendant planning board approve her subdivision plan for a tract of land in Dunbarton. The proposed plan divided the tract into eight lots, each of which fronted on Jewett Road, a State highway. The New Hampshire Water...
