Plaintiff was injured in an industrial accident while in the employ of Metal Work, Inc. At the time of the injury, plaintiff was a 17-year-old minor. He applied for and received a double award under a special provision in the Worker's Disability Compensation Act for illegally employed minors, MCL 418.161; MSA 17.237(161).
