This is an appeal of a default judgment by one not a party to the suit. Mario San Roman sued Mike Zuppardo and Anna M. DiPietro seeking recovery for labor done and materials furnished on premises sought to be leased by San Roman, as well as damages. Judgment was rendered in his favor granting a lien and privilege under the Private Works Law and awarding damages.
