This partition action seeks to disentangle the property involvements of an unmarried man and woman who bought a house as joint tenants and made their home there with their young daughter for fifteen months prior to his moving out. On the man's complaint the Superior Court (Cumberland County) ordered that the real estate be sold and that the proceeds, net of an outstanding mortgage, be divided equally between the joint tenants.
