Plaintiff has appealed from a dismissal of his medical malpractice suit on a summary judgment. The basis for the judgment was that plaintiff's case had prescribed.

In his suit filed on May 19, 1979, plaintiff alleged that defendant operated on him in May and June of 1969, but these operations were completely unnecessary and resulted in further injury to him and the necessity for further medical treatment. He further alleged that the improper...
