This matter is before the court on appeal from the judgment of a district justice and in the form of an action in mandamus. Nicholas, Margaret and Louis DiDomenico were convicted of violating Milford Township Ordinances nos. six and 26. From this conviction, they filed both civil and criminal appeals. Concurrently, Nicholas and Margaret DiDomenico filed a complaint in mandamus against the Board of Supervisors of Milford Township...
