Plaintiff Edith Arigo was injured on October 31, 1977 when she fell on the sidewalk abutting defendant's commercial premises at 104 Blackhorse Pike, Blackwood, New Jersey. Defendant is a seller of pianos and plaintiff was his customer. Under the evidence presented, the jury could reasonably infer that she was caused to fall by reason of an elevation of the sidewalk blocks immediately in front of the main entrance...
