Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Civil Service Commission upholding her dismissal by the Superintendent of Police. The dismissal resulted from an internal investigation concerning questionable use of overtime by employees assigned to the police automobile pound. Plaintiff is a civilian employee of the department.
