DECISION DENYING PLAINTIFF'S OBJECTION TO DISCHARGE

ARTHUR N. VOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Heard on Shepard Spunt's objection to the Bankrupt's discharge, alleging violations of sections 14(c)(2) and 14(c)(7) of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898. 11 U.S.C.A. § 32 (1976).1

Section 14(c)(2) provides that:

The court shall grant the discharge unless satisfied that the bankrupt has . . . (2) destroyed, mutilated...
