Defendant Ford Motor Company appeals as of right from a jury verdict awarding plaintiff Gary Buschlen $414,000 for the loss of his left hand in an industrial accident. The verdict was reached after the second trial of this action. The first trial resulted in a verdict against Ford for $253,800 and an appeal to this Court followed.
