This matter came before the Bankruptcy Court for trial hearing on March 3, 1981, as a result of the plaintiff's complaint which seeks to except from the discharge in bankruptcy an obligation based on alleged fraud and false pretenses within the scope of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
