Appellant appeals from a judgment of sentence of total confinement imposed by the court below following revocation of probation theretofore granted Appellant.

The facts are not in dispute and it appears that on August 23, 1978, Appellant pleaded guilty to a charge of Retail Theft, Second Offense,1 and on the same day, was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution...
