This is an appeal from a judgment adverse to plaintiff in her suit for declaratory relief. On May 11, 1973, plaintiff's deceased was the owner of a 1967 Mercury automobile which was insured by defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (hereinafter DAIIE or defendant). On that date, James Jarrell, the deceased, was struck and fatally injured by his own car which was driven by Yvonne Belcher. A dramshop action is currently pending in the Wayne...
