This is an appeal from a judgment adverse to plaintiff in her suit for declaratory relief. On May 11, 1973, plaintiff's deceased was the owner of a 1967 Mercury automobile which was insured by defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (hereinafter DAIIE or defendant).
