Retried after our decision in State v. Thurlow, Me., 414 A.2d 1241 (1980), Frederick Thurlow was again convicted of burglary, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401 (Supp.1980). He appeals on the ground that the court erred when, after a suppression hearing, it denied his motion to suppress and admitted in evidence a false exculpatory statement made by Thurlow at the scene of the crime.
