This is a contested discharge proceeding filed by the First National Bank of Fort Myers who seeks a determination of nondischargeability of a debt admittedly owed by Mr. and Mrs. Curry, the Debtors involved in the above-captioned proceeding under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Bank also seeks an order denying the discharge of Robert Curry.
