Petitioner St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company raises divers issues emanating from the trial which culminated in a final judgment, entered in favor of respondents Charles and Diane Molloy, awarding benefits found to be due them under a homeowner's insurance policy for damage suffered and expenses incurred as a result of a fire in the Molloy abode on January 22, 1978.
