Pursuant to Code § 8-836 (now Code § 8.01-179), the plaintiffs, Katherine Ritter Slosjarik and Steve Slosjarik, filed a motion for judgment for the establishment of the boundary line between their property and the adjoining land of the defendant, Robert L. Bulifant, Jr. After a hearing, the trial court fixed the line in the location claimed by the plaintiffs.
