This appeal by the State challenges two separate superior court orders. The first was an order of December 4, 1979 suppressing pre-trial statements of appellee Coury on the grounds that the statements were obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966). The second was an order of December 5, 1979 dismissing with prejudice the burglary and theft...
