Judgment was entered for the defendant Fulton County. The plaintiff Edward B. Swiedler appealed. We affirm.

Swiedler is the owner and developer of Land Lots 356 and 357 of the 6th District of Fulton County, formerly agricultural land now rezoned for the development of a residential subdivision containing homes selling in the $200,000 to $700,000 price range.
