On January 31, 1977, appellant was convicted by a jury of robbery,1 conspiracy,2 and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act.3 Post-verdict motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial were denied and appellant was sentenced to consecutive terms of imprisonment of from ten to twenty years on the robbery charge and from five to ten years on the conspiracy charge...
